The 12 Dolphin gymnasts did extremely well with 11 boys selected to represent Victoria at the Australian Senior Gymnastics Championships to be held in the Gold Coast, QLD, from 20-25 May 2021. This is a tremendous achievement by the team, with the following boys chosen to represent Victoria State:
Level 7 Under 13: Nicolas Chanturia
Level 7 Open: Shem Alyousef, Cameron England, Vladyslav Haniev and Riley Webb
Level 8 Open: Baciele Alyousef, Toby Hore, Tyrone Llaguno, Jameson O’Reilly and James Porter
Level 10: Matthew Kapp
Dolphin Gymnastics Club coaches Nedal Alyousef and Oleksandr Vorobiov were selected as state team coaches for Levels 7 Under, 8 Open and 10. Nedal was also selected to officiate at the Championships together with Melanie Jenkins.
